Kochab is a tall, muscular built man. His corpse-like body is discoloured from the tan-brown it once was and the whites of his eyes are also discoloured a rotting yellow. Kochab has two birth marks on his face that he shares with Alberi.0. He has long dark hair that sometimes covers his face, sparse facial hair, and thick black eyebrows. His torso has autopsy scars trailing down the middle and from shoulder to shoulder, in some depictions hes also adorning an extra set of scars fainter than the autopsy scars below his pectorals. Hes often shown shirtless wearing sweatpants as this is most comfortable to him, but has a variety of other looks including a wolf shirt, a chartreuse fur hooded coat, and a gold chest plate that resembles a rib cage; adorned in gold beads.
Kochab is a somewhat cold, quiet guy; confused and disoriented a lot of the time due to his status and the fact he can't remember anything of his time alive. Since he was received by the Solfrid Funeral Home as a John Doe, not even Vin can tell him who he was. The only information known to him is the fact he died via gunshot wound and had not suffered any other injuries. The fact he is the first successful cadaver raised from the dead by Vin intrigues them greatly and they frequently use him for publicity and fame, much to Kochabs eventual annoyance and dismay. Kochab on the surface seems like a shell of a human in all forms, but the fact he can get close to and connect with Oliver, Vins apprentice, is proof thats a false belief and there is still a lot of who he once was in him.
Kochab being an unknown body and being unable to remember his life obscures a lot of his relationships during that time. Despite this a bit is still known about who he may have known while living. Enoch is the most prominent of these relationships, as he proclaims to have known Kochab during life as good friends and is now obsessed with finding him again, believing eating him will cure Enoch of his delusions, of what he believes is Kochab’s fault in the first place. Kochab is also somewhat aware of parents he had but is unaware of what happened to them or if they had anything to do with what happened to Enoch or himself.
Oliver Aileen; Oliver is the closest person to Kochab, they are the only one at the funeral home who seems to see him as a person instead of just a spectacle and are very patient with his confusion. Oliver spends a lot of time around kochab catching him up on everything going on in the world and showing him things about life he may have forgotten about; teaching kochab what it means to be human again. They have a strong platonic bond and Oliver is the only person Kochab doesn't seem to be on edge around.
Vincent Solfrid; Despite supposedly being responsible for reanimating Kochab and giving him life, Vincent is quite heartless to their creation, considering him only that and not a person of his own. They frequently show him off to others in their circle as if he were a circus animal or cryptid and have had him eliminate enemies of theirs since you can’t charge a dead man with murder. Having no consideration for him has caused Kochab to sightly resent Vin and Rael, swearing one day when he can remember who he is he will be rid of them both and live again as normally as he can.
Rael Monday; He generally has no other opinion on Rael as he has on Vin considering they are both responsible for the same things and are equally to blame.
Enoch Kaziti; Kochab has no memory or opinion on Enoch and only thinks of him as a bother and something in his way.
Ivory Edwards; Kochab has not interacted with Ivory in length at all.
